It was a lovely, beautiful Saturday afternoon, and like every weekend, the living space of our flat was filled with a pleasant hubbub. Two pairs of heels clattered along the hard floor in the hallway, and their noise was met by an equal amount of muffled uproar coming from outside the windows. Our next-door neighbors had again invited over some friends for an impromptu barbeque, as they often did on sunny weekends, and it's not that my girlfriend and I were complaining about the noise %u2013 the aroma of slowly grilled pork spare ribs that wafted all the way up to my nostrils from down below certainly made me think that an informal dinner with our neighbors would not be such a bad idea. Right at the moment, the young blonde, whose cheeks were flushed because she just ran upstairs from a little shopping round, placed two heavy, but stuffed-to-bursting shopping bags on the white leather couch. I glanced briefly over the things in the bags and made a mental note that the next day we would have a wonderful chicken breast salad for lunch. "Help me to unpack everything!" she asked her boyfriend who was playing a computer game the whole afternoon.
